The other room had a broken toilet which the staff DID NOT fix even after we reported it. We were told maintenance wasn’t available until the next day - our checkout day!
My mom stuck her hand down the water tank and was able to salvage it.
We have stayed at this inn a few times since my son started going to school in the area and have always had a wonderful time. Not this time!
Front desk told us we would get a refund of some fees but so far, nothing. I guess they’re waiting for me to call about that.
