The staff, not the hotel

This hotel was rated as wonderful which is definitely overrated. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful but the facility does need a lot of redoing. The first thing I noticed was the carpet looked so dirty & worn in the hallways in the rooms.

The staff were super kind and helpful .. its nice to meet genuine people . We traveled with our baby and they offer a pack and play for FREE. We adored the free breakfast and the sister locations hot tub were a nice addition as well.

kind of wish they had a pool and hot tub on site but the drive to the sister location wasnt too bad ! Breakfast should offer water bottles along side the juice and coffee ( I dont drink juice or coffee ) but I still enjoy the brekafast .

Its and old property and there is a strong but pleasant fragrance wafting in the air covering the moldy dank smells. There are no elevators.
