Positives:
I like the cleanliness of the entire place. Breakfast was amazing. When you get in the rooms you feel like a big time millionaire lol. Just to show you how comfortable I felt. I didnt want to leave. I will definitely be coming back.

A lot. Rude staff, many things not working and staff was slow to help. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I could not. No manager was available.

The room was clean. The kitchen had all the amenities. And the bathroom was spotless.
Negatives:
The main lobby was under construction which was a surprise. And our room was directly across from a room being totally rehabbed which made noise. And the construction crew just threw all the old materials out back of the hotel which we could see from our window; the debris was a mess...looked like they couldn't be bothered to get it in the dumpster which was right there and almost empty. Not a good look for the hotel. Ran out of cut fruit and bananas at breakfast. Also 1 toaster for so many people seemed nuts; people were waiting and waiting for a turn at the toaster which worked ever so slowly.

Location was good for the event we went to.
Negatives:
Being woken up at 8am on Saturday by construction workers renovating the hotel. I complained and nothing was done and same thing on Sunday. Not even a mention of the construction or possible noise.

Comfort of sitting room and quality of tv's and tv service. The exercise room was very well equipped with treadmills, elliptical weights and mats. The staff was very accommodating.
Negatives:
The hot breakfast items could have been hotter. By the time you put the eggs and potatoes on the plate and to your table they were at best, tepid.

Well someone pulled the fire alarm at 4:00 AM. We all evacuated the hotel but we weren't given much direction or information. It was a false alarm but scary and disorienting. I don't understand why the rooms have no safe for jewelry or extra money? We stayed for a wedding and had to bring more fancy jewelry then normal plus carry extra cash would have been nice to store it in room.
