Positives:
The bed was comfortable but that was about it! I wouldn't stay here again if it was free!
Negatives:
We had to change rooms twice because the elctric powered drapes didn't work in the first 2 rooms! then in the third room the air conditioner sounded like a jet plane we sweated all night instead. 2 nights actually. The manager gave us tickets for breakfast for 1 night only to try and help. Lol The breakfast was yuck, and the coffee was too bitter!! There were no plug in sockets for our phones, which I found odd at a Hilton these days? The pool was freezing. We went down in our suits, stuck our feet in and said nope! No TV information or any imfo on the hotel at all in the room.

Booked a double queen room and they didnt have it when I arrived and gave me a single. A couple of the gym equipment pieces werent working and/or were dirty. Only had one server working each shift, lapsed in alcohol license so couldnt get any drinks

There was a leak in the ceiling in the lobby, I got wet walking under it because it had not yet been marked Several things were not in operation. For example some of the vending machines, ice machines, and atm
