Beds were very small not even two people can sleep comfortably on it and it makes mad noises every time you move room wasn’t that clean and was leaking water we didn’t know from where it coming but we will wake up to a wet floor.

When checking in, the hotel staff at front desk was on her phone taking a personal call and checked me in at the same time very unprofessional. When trying to get into the room, the door card reader flashed red. Went back to the front desk, oh it does that you can still get in. The batteries need replaced in the reader. If you are aware of the situation replace the batteries or tell the guests checking in. The outside grounds were not maintained, the grass was too high, my pet wasn't able to go out to go to the bathroom comfortably. Poor water pressure. When checking out the hotel staff was playing on his phone, just looked up never greeted me asked how the stay was. I just dropped the cards in the basket and left.

The property location was close to stores and restaurants and not far from Mystic which was the purpose for my trip. The staff were friendly and helpful but when I inquired of getting cleaning supplies to clean my room better, could not speak English and they said the room was clean.
Negatives:
Upon first checking in and heading to my room to use the bathroom before bringing in my luggage..I was met my a guest that hit on me and said so youre here to party. He kept trying to get my phone number or give me his as he lived there. That made me feel quite uncomfortable as a single female traveler. The room was not clean and had hairs in the bathtub and on towels and the top bedding did not look clean either. I went to the local Dollar Tree and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned myself and bought a blanket at TJMaxx. I covered the bed with a plastic shower liner and used that blanket as I was afraid with the poor condition of the room theyd have bed bugs, but no appearance of themso thats a plus.

Location was close to ferry. 18 minutes from casino.

Police blocking entrance arresting someone on arrival.
The Check in lady was Rude to start the stay.
The Room Was Absolutely Disgusting!!!! The floors were filthy. Not swept or mopped.
The tub looked as if it hadnt had a good bleach/clorox cleaning ever.
The walls had stains! Toilet bowl was not properly bolted to the floor. No lock on bathroom door. Pillows smelled of smoke! And the blankets were riddled in cigarette burns!
The dining table provided in room was filthy with smears all over it! The nightstand had dirt and grime on and in the drawers.
Very outdated could use some TLC.
Wont be back. And its a shame this place used to be a nice clean place to stay.
