Exceptional
Positives:
The room and bed were comfortable.
Negatives:
The water did not get hot in the evening (in the shower or spa tub). We paid extra for a spa tub room and couldn't even use it that night. We also paid extra for the breakfast option which was hugely disappointing. It was a doggie bag of processed food- packaged cupcake, granola bar, fruit cup and OJ. For anyone with gluten restrictions or the basic human need for protein, this did not provide the food needed for breakfast. Also, the pool opens at 1:30pm so doing morning laps wasn't an option.

Disappointing
Positives:
We liked the location. The room was nice and clean. We were there for 3 days and no one came to clean the room. We understand though since Covid.. things have changed. It was quiet and bed was comfortable. Not a 5 star but for the price… good.
Negatives:
The breakfast area was in the basement. It was hard to find snd no staff were down there to clean up or refill items. Crumbs everywhere and the floor was sticky.

Positives:
Not much
Negatives:
Hotel needs at one serious help. Paint falling off walls in room , wallpaper falling off in hallways. Hallways were dark , dirty , and smelled like smoke . I would never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awful!overpriced for what this place...
Positives:
Bed was comfortable. Convenient location.
Negatives:
Photos and write-up online show a less shabby interior with a working hot tub. When I questioned hotel staff, I was given a rather hostile response that it hasn’t worked since 2018 and he keeps asking for it to be changed online. Bathroom was an unattractive yellow-brown with splatters of something on the light fixtures. Sink had large cracks. The hallways had a really bad smell, like old basement, but Fortunately the room didn’t smell bad. Bed was comfortable but desk staff didn’t want to provide extra pillows or towels, stating, “you don’t know how many walk out of here.” He grudgingly gave us two extra, and would only swap out the towels. The pool towels were really small and paper thin, so we used room towels. Shower was clean, though. Breakfast was mediocre. Waffles were ok, but eggs were powdered and bread/pastries were half frozen. It was definitely a low budget hotel and not worth $149 rate.
