The bathroom, you advertise online about a hot tub in my room and it was just a regular tub and the hot tub was in the pool area!!!! My husband and I was very disappointed that we couldn't have a romantic night together on our special anniversary day! So please take that hot tub picture off the internet because it's false advertisement and that one of the reason why we book the room!!!!!!!!!!

The remote control would not work unless I unplugged the tv. It would turn the tv on but I couldn’t change channels sometimes but other times it worked . Desk clerk thought it was the remote connection to tv but I tried pushing it in to make sure connection was secure and it was. The clerk did say to call back if that didn’t work but I was near end of stay so just unplugged and replugged
