Friendly staff. Clean room
Positives:
Location is convenient for meetings downtown. The fridge and microwave was very helpful and they have a later standard 12pm checkout. Clean room and bathroom except for the inwall HVAC which had dirt and grime all over the exhaust grill.
Negatives:
Outdated room. Thin blankets and uncomfortable bed. Stopped bringing out hot food at 8am when breakfast goes to 9.

The mattresses should have been replaced years ago. I woke with a backache every morning. The heater only worked on High so I had constantly turn it off and on myself to regulate the temp. No maid service on the 1st 2 days. Then only towels.

The white towels didn't look clean the sink was very dirty in the back haven't been clean in a while the blue blanket on bed seemed To. Have bleach spot no soap to wash hand no soap for shower no free parking fifteen dollars

I was very happy with the hotel-the location in downtwn Hartford, the free breakfast, easy access to the garage, and both the rm size & it's cleanliness. I also had to change rooms and the staff quickly accommodated me and accompanied me to the new rm.

I requested to change rooms because the smell of the cleaning products/disinfects used was so strong it was giving me a headache. However they were able to change my room very quickly. Also the garbage bins in the outdoor prking lot was overflowing

The level of security at night (with the doors to the side of the hotel being as accessible to anyone who wanted to walk in is a concern. As well as the key cards themselves working on command.

Manager ignored issues presented,promised refund and call,done nothing. Non smoking area, hallway filled up with Marijuana,creeping to our room. Someone knocked hard in all the rooms 7:21am, disturbed our sleep. Got bedbug bites. Doors difficult to open.
