The was no water. There was no tv service. Unacceptable.
Negatives:
Pool was dirty, there was no water for hours the night we stayed. We could not shower or flush the toliet or even wash our hands. Woman Employee at front desk that morning did not seem to care. She said there would be refund issued but have not seen anything yet.

The hotel was very nice. Good bed. Nice front desk staff. Good breakfast.
Negatives:
The cleaning staff was outside our room around 10AM and were SUPER loud and intrusive. Just yelling. If we had wanted to sleep in before our 12pm check out we couldnt have. Also, our heater sounded like it was warming up and taking off.

the front desk staff were welcoming. The hotel clean and well maintained, location was good.

Checked in 3pm, multiple rooms available. Given room directly behind portico at front of hotel, it completely blocked view out window, room very dark. Was in town for high risk birth of grandchild, too stressed to ask for new room. Very disappointed
