Positives:
Rented room for 3 nights while work being done on our home. The room was nice and check in staff was friendly. The only grip I have is that there was a sign in the bathroom stating that house cleaning came every other day. We did not have house cleaning nor towels or garbage discarded. When we asked checkout employee, he was dismissive and before we could finish asking about it, he stated we had to have called for service. If thats the case, there should have been some kind of notification

The smell (air fresheners, maybe) was too overwhelming. Furnishings were very worn
The comfy bed was the only plus. The hot breakfast consisted of an automated pancake maker, no eggs or meat. We were there at 9am, no one was attending the breakfast bar.
Negatives:
Expected at lot better, especially for the price. Breakfast was terrible, rooms and halls smelled terrible. Expected a lot better from Choice Hotels.

The pool area was not clean and there was paint and rust falling off into the pool.

Positives:
Most of the front desk staff were exceptional, especially the Manager Gazmend eho had to leave the front desk and come to the room to clean the bathroom and Giovanna who was very pleasant and apologized for the poor condition and gave free breakfast as a compromise they went out of their way to fix the horrible room condition and lack of or poor house keeping. The lobby area was clean and well maintained.

Poor room condition the suite was run down furniture knobs falling of f, room wasn't cleaned from previous guests, bathroom fixtures has rust, wall falling apart issues were pointed out several times and were never fixed and I was there for 2 weeks
