Breakfast staff women yelled at me in a foreign language when the toaster oven wasn't working. Also, Hotel was very loud. And Bed felt like a hammock. No support.
Negatives:
When moving luggage in after my husband had checked us in, front desk clerk asked for my ID and proceeded to call me by Shelley, not my name and said my husband had used my card. Had me mixed up with someone else who had been let in without proper ID. I'll not be back to a Hyatt.
