Negatives:
Entering the lobby the mats were beyond soiled, if ever cleaned. Entering the room door knob was coming lose, the paneling painted blood red made me feel like I was in a horror movie, everything was minimal at most, floor was mismatched tile, sign no smoking was laminated tacked to the wall, the night stand had cigarette burn marks on it.
Horrible experience. So dissatisfied could not stay in the room for more then 15 minutes had to find another place to stay.

The sheets and beds and towels are never clean they always have lots of different hair n dust and link on them beds have burn holes in cover itchs and hurts to sleep on
