Location is a little tricky to get there from the casino especially at night off the main road. But once you’re there it’s great. First thing the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was just coffee and bagels, juice, apples, and Cheerio. Also the 24 hour coffee bar was nice.
Negatives:
If some kind of protein was added to the breakfast like hard boiled eggs or scrambled eggs and bacon it would have been good.

Positives:
Josh and the staff on during our stay were nice. The room was clean and no smells the hallways were good. The little cafe area was a nice touch to be able to eat our dinner. The price of the hotel and location was perfect for what we needed. We will be visiting again.
Negatives:
They didn’t bring us towels to our room, we had to get them , but that’s not super serious.

It was very stark and cold feeling. The room furniture was so strange, it felt like if IKEA made hotel rooms it would be this design. The bathroom had cracked tile and was a bit moldy.

The breakfast was okay but need some Gluten Free offerings. The location is a right next to the highway with easy access to Mystic itself.
Negatives:
When I booked I was not told anything about a $75 pet fee. When I booked I also asked for the room to be hypo-allergenic due to a down feather allergy. I arrived late in the evening to a desk clerk that reeked of marijuana and asked if the room had no feathers in it. He stated that if that is what I requested, then that is what I got. He asked for a $100 deposit for incidentals at that time. I asked for a couple of bottles of water and said I had to buy them because my Hilton Honors status meant "Nothing" since I booked thru a third party.
I went to the room and found feather pillows. I called back to him and asked to switch out the pillows. He stated that all of those pillows were locked up and he had no access so there was nothing he could do. We slept the first night with our coats wadded up for pillows.
The third day there I noticed I was charged $13 on my credit card I had left for the deposit for incidentals. I went to the desk and asked what that was for and was informed that there was a $75 pet fee charged to the room and that the water I had to buy put me over the top and therefore I was charged, When I said that was never explained she stated it was on the site but I must not have looked. I have since found the charge buried under other possible charges. I guess when you search for pet friendly, that means that are very friendly to take your money for no more effort in cleaning the rooms.
I have since cancelled my future stays at this location and will search for another hotel for my frequent trips to the area to visit family.
