Located off I-95, our hotel is nestled in the historic maritime town of Mystic. We’re within two miles of downtown, the Mystic Bascule Drawbridge, and plenty of shopping and dining. The staff - not helpful, rude. Our room was t ready to check in at 3:00PM - they were aware we were in the area cause we tried to check in at 1:30PM and were told no room was available. We were told a couple different lies - probably never going back to this hotel again.

Location is a little tricky to get there from the casino especially at night off the main road. But once you’re there it’s great. First thing the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was just coffee and bagels, juice, apples, and Cheerio. Also the 24 hour coffee bar was nice.
Negatives:
If some kind of protein was added to the breakfast like hard boiled eggs or scrambled eggs and bacon it would have been good.

We stood for one night...
Positives:
Josh and the staff on during our stay were nice. The room was clean and no smells the hallways were good. The little cafe area was a nice touch to be able to eat our dinner. The price of the hotel and location was perfect for what we needed. We will be visiting again.
Negatives:
They didn’t bring us towels to our room, we had to get them , but that’s not super serious.

It was very stark and cold feeling. The room furniture was so strange, it felt like if IKEA made hotel rooms it would be this design. The bathroom had cracked tile and was a bit moldy.
