My dislike is much larger than my like. I would rate them 0 if possible due to their irresponsibility in managing their own book keeping.
Negatives:
They double-charged me for one room. Front office personnel is useless. The front office manager did not respond to the request for a refund through email or phone—a disgrace to the hotel industry. Never come here again, ever.

Negatives:
For those traveling with pets, there is minimal grassy areas close for a quick potty trip. Two/three blocks up you can find quad and park space.

Very stylish, well furnitued room. Excellent bathroom with good toilettres. Friendly staff. Breakfast options available downstairs early in the morning. Old Hedelberger pub in the same building. Easy access to the Old Yale Campus.
Negatives:
The room at the and of the corridor, one of the windows overlooking the dumpster. You could hear all the AC and other devices at night.

Good location, good style/decor
Negatives:
Not ADA compliant, staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, had to park across the street in the rain and lug our luggage ourselves because there is room for one car in front of the hotel and the staff let an unaccompanied car park there for hours. Staff laughed as I fell in the rain with my suitcase.
