Negatives: The sofa bed was filthy. We complained. We had to ask them to bring up several sheets to put on to even consider sleeping on it. My grandson was sleeping on it and was grossed out. Dirty marks on the walls. Bug in bathroom. Constant car noises outside like cars racing half the nite. I'm asking for a refund tomorrow and I have never done that. I'm retired and travel often.

Positives: Our room was on the top floor, and was very comfortable. Great shower. We had a wonderful breakfast, with waffles, sausage, orange juice, and coffee.

Negatives: The noise from the outside traffic was horrendously loud.
