Clean, comfortable room. Shower was great, super close to the college st music hall. Parking was an extra charge which caught me off guard because it said parking on the website but I should have anticipated this just don't do much city traveling.

Experience was seamless other than housekeeping knocking on the door multiple times starting at 8:00 am and waking me up.

Parking was inconvenient. Parking garage closed for repairs. Also needs coffee in lobby. Did like restaurant for breakfast in hotel before Covid. Even if only open for breakfast.

I had NO idea that we had a room with a view: a BRICK WALL! We had issues with the hair dryer. Staff gave us a second one promptly, but that was dparky as well. I would have welcomed a discount due to our very late arrival, but understand that it was not

- parking- paid 25$ a night - only to have to park at different garage because that garage closed due to construction. Also found out that it would have been cheaper to park at the garage NOT being a customer
- our room was never cleaned during our stay. We never even received more towels. I did not think that we needed to ask or schedule for our room to be cleaned. At nearly 700$ a night we expected A LOT more .
