Air conditioning that did NOT blow directly on the bed and on us. Thoughtful staff. Perfect location adjacent to Yale. Excellent 19th floor restaurant with beautifully scenic view.

A bit pricey. We loved the breakfast buffet, BUT the dinner menu offered nothing for vegetarians.

Parking was absolutely atrocious. They shouldnt accept your $ and let you in if there is nowhere to park.
Water wasnt refreshed. No stirrers to make coffee. The wallpaper is peeling, and the hallway carpet isnt clean. Not an awful place, but for the price, I felt it should have been better.
