Fantastic value for money, downtown in prime location close to Yale. New facilities, generous room, all fresh and tidy, excellent beds, above average shower.
Negatives:
The AC was a bit noisy at times, eventually improved but was very loud when we went to bed.

Beautiful hotel. Exceptional staff. The rooftop bar had a knowledgeable bartender and delicious food. The staff was calm and friendly even during a torrential downpour and dealing with water coming in from the sides. Perfect place to stay if you need a spot in New Haven.

EVERYTHING. Truly. The staff were very accommodating. The room was amazing. The drinks were perfect (i was with a drink snob)
