Positives: Convenient location, lovely concierge and great breakfast bar

Negatives: Room was nice but falling apart at the edges- literally. The baseboard was falling off, paint peeling everywhere and the exercise(?) equipment was pulling off the wall. For the price, I wasn’t impressed. Very expensive for motel level quality.

Negatives: Pillows were not comfortable. No storage space other than closet. Good for overnight only. Noisy air conditioner. No breakfast included considering the price of the room.
