bedroom/entire carpeted space: carpet had just been drenched, and hopefully that meant it was just cleaned. Carpeting was soaking wet.

The room was fairly clean. The lady behind the desk had an attitude, rude and not helpful. I called ahead to confirm my stay but no one answered at front desk. I called the cust. Serv. line and they had to put me through. The same lady told cust. Serv. no one called and she was behind the counter all the time. I saw first hand when I arrived how the lady was never behind the desk. I lost money in soda machine and could not get a refund.

Very worn out and shabby looking, had to change key cards daily, back door doesn’t always work, room was dark and small,yet advertised as a king suite. Plus, there were not enough kitchen items for all 3 rooms and the coffee up front was continually empty.
