Positives: Even with the CrowdStrike mess affecting their registration system, the employees were kind, cheerful, calm, helping everyone constantly. An employee had to let guests into their rooms every time they entered. They laughed about the circumstances and made guests feel happy. You can’t beat the free breakfast buffet—eggs, French toast, bacon, sausage, breads, bagels, English muffins, fresh fruits, good oatmeal and toppings, yogurt, cereals and more. The building is showing a tiny bit of wear on upholstery. Beds and bedding are clean and comfy. Again, staff very accommodating.
