no notice that the hotel was undergoing major renovations. it was hard to breath in the registration lobby because the drywall dust was so heavy in the air. dangerous for pulmonary compromised people.

The hotel was under a huge construction, so there was really nowhere to even sit in the humongous lobby. They had a few chairs out that was it no services, except for a small grocery type caf. I hear the pool is good, but I did not utilize it.

Yes, I was really disappointed by the unannounced renovation to the interior space that was gutted. It was very disappointing and I wished they would have let us know on the website. I spent $---for nothing.

We arrived for check in around 6PM. They sent us to two dirty rooms with unmade beds dirty towels etc. a third room that they key card wouldnt work on and the last room was kind of run down. Nothing was adjusted

Not enough elevators. The walk from the lobby to the elevator to our room was like the length of a football field. Also, the ongoing renovation of the atrium was an eyesore. Walking through the gym to the pool, it smelled like chemicals.

No exhaust fan in bathroom, bar not open, no breakfast, no microwave. Would not stay there again.

It is under major construction. That should've been disclosed up front. And even the parts that weren't covered by massive tarps were in need of serious care. The bubbles don't work in the hot tub. The shower handle came off in my hand in the gym.

Hotel is under construction so not what we expected. Fortunately the pool was open. Exercise room open but everything smells like paint

Location and price. Still no restaurant or bar kind of disappointing and shocking given its location. Reaching the front desk via room phone was difficult and it took three times to call before an associate came to the room with what we asked for.

Again no restaurant staff seen somewhat unattentive
