Being able to accommodate when booking through third parties. Inconvenience when switching rooms due to double booking. Room size I needed wasn't available so I had to switch hotels and move all my stuff, look for another hotel with my family. We were from out of town and had luggage, small baby. Other than that everything was great!

From check-in to check out, this was an exceptional one night stay. We booked last minute as we were attending an event that was ending late. The staff could not have been more professional, accommodating, and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and expansive. The deluxe suite was as advertised and very comfortable and spacious. The location was easy off and on 95.
