Positives: Nothing

Negatives: The hotel has bed bugs. I was bitten so many times. They switched me to another room and it also had bed bugs. The mattresses are filthy as well. The hotel did not offer me any type of refund or anything. All I got was I'm sorry miss. I will not be back.

Negatives: Not the room I booked for. Not enough towels. Not enough tissues. Some flies in the room when first check in. Weekend staff oblivious to much of anything.

Negatives: Shower head needs plumbers tape, sprayed the whole right side of bathroom from above the shower nozzle. I let the front desk staff know as I checked out.
