The construction between floors is terrible! We could hear the people above us walking around. It was boom noises until they went to sleep.

The room wreaked of smoke. They had no other rooms available (one was non-operational because of smoke..).
The front desk person couldn’t cancel the reservation and refund me. A manager is not available until Monday…
The carpets didn’t look like they had been vacuumed in days—lots of paper and crumbs etc.
The hotel isn’t well managed at all. I had to find a new hotel/room and it was 12:45 in the morning.
