Bed creaked. Overall not terribly comfortable. There was a smoking station near my non-smoking room which made the room smell pretty badly. TV remote needed batteries. Breakfast was paltry.

It was not as advertised, it was way under the rating scale. I had to deal with several speciese if insects and the house keeping was not up to par attacked by cobwebs etc .When I told the check our clerk about my misgivings I was told to call the Manager in 3 days, which way surprising to me as you should deal with client issues onsite.

We stayed here while attending the Travellers tournament and found the location fantastic and the hotel brilliant for what we needed. It was clean, the staff were super friendly and the rooms spacious with excellent air conditioning. Thanks for having us!

We needed a place to stay on our way to Boston. This location was right off the highway (but also quiet), so it was a quick in at night and out the next morning. It had obviously recently been renovated and the room was perfectly clean. Breakfast could use some type of protein and bread for highway travelers, as other options were light. However, the owner or manager was there, actually asked about this and what we thought we would like to see in the future- I thought that was a great sign for the future of this hotel!
