The king bed and the kitchenette. The staff was accommodating. The location was great.
Negatives:
This hotel is housing ones less fortunate than us. They are living there probably short term. Also, they allow dogs.. which is understandable but not 5:30am barking.... I had to ask for normal amenities that are usually provided. There is a kitchenette with a coffee maker but no coffee or utensils. The hotel did have a weird smell of Marijuana and cleaning products. The breakfast was coffee, individually wrapped store bought muffins, and granola bars. You pick it up by the front desk and take it back to your room.

Positives:
The check-in process was simple. No complications. Meet my special request about being on the upper level. Front desk was responsive to calls from the room and was approachable to address questions and concerns.
Negatives:
The dishes were not in the room. I had to go to the front desk to the dishes instead of them being already in the room based on my reservation size or being delivered to the room once I've checked in.
The place as a whole, need a little upgrading. Brighter lights and paint. Outside around the building could use some minor touchups and repairs.

1) TV is good
2) Air Conditioning is good.
Negatives:
1) There is a kind of smell in the halls
2) The carpet needs to be replaced , halls and room. It was dirty with stains on it in my room.
3) The shower curtain shows a lot of wear.
4) The original white bath tub has unpleasant stain as if it was not cleaned, therefore there is permanent dirty stain on it.
5) I don't know for someone who pays a lot of money to stay there and have breakfast, this is not breakfast. It just just a coffee and dry muffins.

Hotel offers stovetops in order to cook for picky eaters and with that no smells in the halls. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Negatives:
Stove in our first room was emitting a terrible smell, but front desk was able to switch our room quickly and the next room was much better. Not much to do in hotel, picnic area is shabby and not inviting. Wifi in and out.

Smell like a dog kennel. The halls,stairwells,room all smelled awful like a hotel for dogs. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stay at a lot of hotels. The air is very damp w/ heavy animal odor. The room looks run down. They don’t clean very well; Smells like dog urine. Staff was okay but room phone wasn’t working properly. Breakfast wasn’t good, just grab and go stuff. Bed was uncomfortable. Garbage overflowing outside & in hallways.
