My reservation was not available upon arrival even though I paid. I’m having a hard time getting a refund. They told me it was all set for a refund and it hasn’t gone through. All the people who arrived that night were sent away because they had overbooked. It was a complete shitshow and I’m furious. Please refund me

Staff was mostly friendly. Rooms were fairly close together for our party. Lobby was welcoming.
Negatives:
Entrance and parking was tight. No where to bring dog traveling w us to use grass. I paid for breakfast but they refused to give me the right number of vouchers. Room Keyes did not work. Shower did not drain and almost overflowed.

Overall the facility was comfortable, the room was clean, and it was conveniently located. The staff was always helpful and pleasant.
Negatives:
Cost of the breakfast was high. We went offsite every day and had a full breakfast for much cheaper.
Our tv stopped working but they moved us to another room which is understandable.
The carpets need to be cleaned.
The elevators seemed to work but usually only one at a time.
