Between Wednesday, Nov 13th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Nov 15th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Nov 15th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 15, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Not much to like about my experience at this hotel.

Negatives: My bed was soaking wet under the mattress pad, the shower drain was a slow drain, so I had water up to my ankles. To be honest, it seemed like the staff didn't care. Very disappointed.

Negatives: Cleaning room on 4th day of 5 not acceptable. Every other day would be acceptable. Breakfast ends early and was just so-so. Furniture was old and beat up. Expected better for the price.
