Room was very large with a big screen TV. Everything was clean. Breakfast bar had great variety and the waffles were great!

In the room, the bathtub would not fill up despite flipping the levor. The pool was closed for maintenance with no notice posted when booking.

Our battery died in our car and when we asked for help, initially the Front desk person said yes, he’d call maintenance. However the manager informed him that the Hyatt House doesn’t help with this issue. Very difficult to understand since other hotels offer help with similar issues!

Friendly front desk team. Clean hotel and includes breakfast.
Negatives:
Breakfast is being served until 9:30, but they stopped replenishing food before 9:00 am. So if you come around 9:00 am most of the food is gone and not much to choose from.
