Negatives: The coaches were very uncomfortable For what we pay we should had clean towels everyday

Negatives: One front desk staff woman was quite unpleasant. I called earlier in the day to see if early check in was available and i was told it is not guaranteed, which is fine, I understand. So we arrived at 3:10 pm and she told us we'd have to wait about 10 minutes for our room to be ready. Just seemed silly, since check in is at 3pm. So we unloaded luggage, waited and then a kind gentleman at the front desk helped get us settled in. MY daughter was excited to go in the pool so we got ready and went down, unfortunately didn't get to swim because there were 2 dirty Band-Aids, a giant clump of black hair, and dirt in the corners on the bottom of the pool. So we went back to our room to relax before our dinner reservations, the TV wouldn't load any local channels, I think because of the rain, which is fine. When we returned from dinner we just relaxed and were able to watch TV. It was so difficult to sleep because of the most uncomfortable pillows and the constant noise of little feet running around above us until 1am (I get toddlers are restless in unknown places, but not until 1am.) Sounded like someone trying to access our room and kept jiggling our door handle. Finally got a couple hours of sleep and was dieing for coffee so we got up and went downstairs for coffee and breakfast around 7am. The coffee was burnt and gave me an instant stomach ache, the breakfast was barely warm, thankfully there was a microwave to heat the eggs and awful sausage in. The woman working the food area kept coming out to replenish items and when I saw her fixing her hair with her gloves on, I got up, dumped my plate and went to pack my bags to leave. Oh and the pool had a notice that said "closed until further notice in the am (hopefully for cleaning!) I had enough of the place. I have never checked out of a hotel so early and so eagerly. I was so disappointed.

Negatives: What I didn’t like was the price I mean the place is beautiful but pricy another thing that I didn’t like was the breakfast there was not many choices to get

Negatives: The ac was Not working in halls And elevator very uncomfortable Need larger trash can in kitchen where they don’t come in daily to empty No pancakes French toast Or waffles when we were there

Negatives: Everything good

Negatives: Didn’t receive the 50$ incidental hold
