No rooms were available at check in time, had to wait and hour and a half until 5:30pm which made us late for our event that was the purpose of the trip. Other guests very upset and two canceled reservations. My cousin was given a dirty room and had to beg for a new room. Smelled of smoke, no hot tub.

Terrible and disappointing since we have stayed at great Residence Inns in the past.
