Positives: Check-in was easy. Bed was comfortable.
Negatives: Roaches. Slept with the bathroom light on to try and keep the roaches in their crevices in the wall. No one wants to see roaches in their room. I killed about 6 of them. Also didn't like that my friend also had a reservation for a room, and was charged for it, only to be told when he arrived that the place was over-booked, so it turns out he had no room at all and had to find something else at 1am!

Positives: Very welcoming front desk staff on evening of 5/31/24. Easy check in process. (not part of the hotel staff but great staff as well in Stamford Diner attached -- especially Freddy)
Negatives: Ownership need to get back to true housekeeping services. I was GM of a best western for many years and ownership will try to save $ on housekeeping minutes by offering limited service. They can easily accomplish this by posting a "going green" sticker on a bathroom mirror saying to request housekeeping. Fresh towels and a made bed aren't a lot to ask for and these services separate hotels from air bnb.

Positives: The restaurant downstairs was amazing.
Negatives: It was dirty and smelled. Nothing worked! The fridge didn’t work, smoke alarm beeped all night and went off when you used the shower, hair dryer was broke, key cards were messed up…. I could go on but there’s a reason it’s 1.5 stars online.
