Location is the reason this property survives.
Negatives:
Customer service is terrible. Housekeeping needs a 24 hour advance request. I did, they still didn't clean the room. Checking out process had its own twist. Incidentals that was covered as part of the tariff, was charged and I had to ask 3 times to see the details. I was repeatedly told, to deal with Booking.com. Finally another receptionist came to my rescue. SMH.
