Location to Watch Hill and the price.
Positives:
Located on a quiet road. My room in the back had a lovely view on a covepeaceful. I was able to open my windows to feel a breeze and fell asleep listening to birds and crickets. The hotel appeared to be sold out but I wasnt disturbed by any noise.
Negatives:
Hotel hasnt been upgraded as far as furniture, carpeting, and decor in decades. The shower stall was very cramped. Im a small person and I could barely turn around. Bedding and towels were clean but general room cleanliness was an issue.

This place should be leveled. Room was absolutely awful. Paint peeling, bathroom tiny and almost useless. Towels paper thin. Bed linens suspect. TV not correct with guide provided.
