The room smelled like mold.. the doors were loose.. there were sketchy people outside.. they left a key in a mailbox with other people's keys in them.. there was no one at the front desk when we arrived.. I really want my money back.. it was a horrible experience and no one will answer any of my calls or emails from booking .com.. I'm very unhappy with booking.com also

Convenient location for a music festival we were attending. Staff was helpful making arrangements for us to get the key for a late evening checkin.
Negatives:
Noticed several cock roaches scurrying around when we arrived and turned on lights. It was 11:30 pm, we were exhausted and had no alternative so went to sleep ( the beds were clean and comfortable) The place is pretty worn down, table lamps didn't work, but when you have roaches it's pretty difficult to find any redeeming things to say. We knew this was a " budget" motel so had no big expectations, but we wound up paying $200 for 1 night which was really the final insult. (Not that a cheaper price would justify the presence of roaches). On checkout I told the manager about the bugs. He didn't really respond, didn't offer a basic apology, did come into the unit as we were leaving and sort of looked around, but again had nothing to say. Couldn't recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances, 'nuff said!
