The staff was rude there were bugs in my room when I complained they did nothing about it did not even come to the room to check. The door lock when I went to lock the door fell off almost taking my eye out. We got in at 1 am after the concert, I did not rest because of being afraid of the bugs, once morning came again we went to complain but they said to contact cooperate. The morning staff was rude and very racist. I live in Florida never have I had such a horrible experience

Room furnishings were very worn. End table and desk was so scratch up it looked like they were taken out of the garbage. Coffee pot in the room, the guts were funky, couldn’t/wouldn’t make my evening tea. Went down stairs and was informed we can only get hot water between breakfast hours. Very disappointing. Handicap bathroom door, BUT you had to walk around the toilet in order to close the door. Few pickings for breakfast, and breakfast staff not very friendly, another guest asked a simple question and he was snapped back with a NOOO! The three tables we sat at during our stay the edges were all sticky. I cancelled my following stay and moved to a Marriott. I’m not a KAREN, I travel maybe 4 times a year (short getaways), I expect for what I’m paying for the room to be decent, and service even better. Not so in this case.
