Negatives: Staff was rude, could care less about guest. A dog barked & whined all night & morning! When I shared my displeasure they said “pets are allowed, there’s nothing we can do about it!” Never said sorry or tried to reassure my displeasure! It felt like I was sleeping in a kennel!! When I said that’s unfortunate we might not stay here again if they care more about pets than people, the response was “we’ve already heard about it today” meaning more than one person complained!!

Positives: My was space-ish comfy, and the shower was absolutely amazing the pressure of of the water felt so good I didn't want to get out the shower lol.

Negatives: I didn't like that they didn't offer complimentary water for the room, and for it to be $6 for water that is not good tasting water, I didn't care for that so much!
