The fact that the male staff laughed at my girlfriend when she asked for 2 bath towels, or to tell them that the toilet and sink were clogged up. I'd like to hear from a Mgr. on this. Very unprofessional and hurtful. I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

Positives:
There was no breakfast that I saw but rooms had small fridges and low-wattage microwaves. My stay was shortened because I had to return to Florida because of a hurricane. I received a refund for three days of my stay. The proprietor was courteous. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet at night.
Negatives:
Pets were on the same floors as guests without pets; barking of dogs and mewing of cats occurred. There was a barking dog next-door to me. There was pretty much no room service other than the first night, when my trash was emptied and I got a clean towel, and I was there four days. Small coffee maker was not in room. Couldn't turn TV on/off with remote. Had to switch lightbulbs because one was out. Small annoying things.

The room I booked wasn't available and they offered no solution and had no options available to fix their mistake from over booking their rooms. If third party apps allow guests to book a room then we should get the room we pay for. If they can't provide you with the correct accommodations then they shouldn't be on any hotel sites. They also did not reach out to me before check in about not having the room I paid for. Not an experience I want to have again. The room was clean enough for me to feel comfortable sleeping there; ie there were no bugs to be found which is the first thing I look for.
