Positives:
Great location for the Fairfield/Bridgeport area.
Negatives:
Although pet-friendly, not much of an area to walk them in. As other reviews have said, it's an old motel they're slowly sprucing up.

The upgrade to large King room was nice. Very quiet.

When the front desk girl greeted us, she had food in her mouth. We would have waited a minute for her to finish the mouthful

Super clean and very nice staff .
Positives:
The staff was wonderful. Everyone from the people at the reception desk to the maintenance workers to the cleaners all went out of their way to be nice and helpful. Really pleasant friendly attitude.
Negatives:
There was no microwave in the room and there was no place to put the soap in the shower. In the part of the building we were in, you basically have to go outside to get to the pool. There is a little wall but it is not enclosed. No fun in the winter time.
Positives:
The staff was very welcoming and nice.
Negatives:
The room was very dirty (the walls were dirty, carpets were worn down and dirty, etc.) The room was outdated looking. The TV did not work. You could hear people talking in the room next door.
