Negatives: room not very clean

Negatives: Need updates. Paint peeled or scratched off doors and walls. The hotel has seen better days…

Negatives: The room was so dirty that we never showered and slept in our clothes. Smelled like smoke both cigarettes and marijauna in the hotel halls and elevator. We left very early in the morning like 5 am when we got to the front desk there was no one stationed at the front desk and there were people going in and out at random. The scenario felt very unsafe and insecure.

Negatives: N/a

Negatives: Front desk lady could’ve been way more friendly, no towels in the pool area, girls bathroom was not cleaned. Just all around bad experience. Not only that but my booking never showed up. Had to rebook through there website.

Negatives: Facilities need upgrade, only tap water available and no water at thr machine

Negatives: The smell was horrid and knocked us over every time we walked in the room. We had headaches the entire stay. The towels were gross. They were dingy and dirty. The TV didn't work and when we called the front desk on Sunday morning the staff person was extremely rude and said in a nasty voice, "We don't have a maintenance man on today"! I said ok and hung up. There was a loud party in a nearby room on Saturday night and because we couldn't use the tv we couldn't drown out the noise. There was a film on all the hard surfaces in the room and the shower didn't work very well. Also you advertised a steam room and a sauna. Well there is no steam room and the sauna didn't work. The microwave wasn't plugged in so if we wanted to use it we had to take it out of it's spot and put it on the table to plug it in and the refrigerator froze all our food and drinks. I know the room was less expensive than other places, but this is unacceptable. You need to do better and be better or you will lose business. You lost my business for sure. I have never stayed in such a nasty place. You also need to update your website. We were here because my daughter had a dance competition and she needed her sleep and to feel comfortable and we definitely were not.

Negatives: Not clean. Dirty mattress and mattress pad , sheet, pillow , pillow case.

Negatives: My room was hot and dirty

Negatives: Pool had so much chlorine that it burned your eyes as soon as you walked into area. Shower did not work in room. Did not offer to give us a new room. Floor was dirty and sticky. Beds were sandy. Don’t think sheets were changed from prior. Complimentary breakfast was horrible. Fried eggs were so over cooked you could bend them in half and break them. One waffle machine for whole motel. They ran out mix.

Negatives: The first room was filthy, food on the chair, dirty fridge and desk top, something splashed on the wall, and the smell was horrific. I was told that it was used for guests with dogs. My questio is, dogs or not, why would you put us in a dirty room and think that it would be OK? Me or anyone, the smell was unbearable.
