Negatives: Staff wasn't understanding me and I was very uncomfortable

Negatives: My reservation was not even honored as I was told the hotel had no vacancies, and I was traveling with my family including my infant son. I have a pending claim with PayPal for reimbursement, and Booking.com is the single worst service I have had the misfortune of using in a very long time, possibly ever. To be honest, I wish it were possible to give a negative rating, and I will pursue legal action if I am not reimbursed immediately.

Negatives: The smell when entering the office

Negatives: Even though the reservation stated pay on arrival, the motel had canceled our reservation for not paying beforehand and said there were no more rooms available. No good explanation was given. Hours away from home, we had to scramble quickly to find another motel. People at the desk were curt and unhelpful. Make a reservation at your own risk.

Negatives: You guys really need to stop getting those outside workers to cut the grass at 6am??? Seriously??? I didn't get no proper sleep n dogs kept barking ugh super bad and paid 86$ no good

Negatives: I am not satisfied with this motel at all! It was very unpleasant. We found that someone had urinated around the toilet seat, and it had not been cleaned. Although we requested a non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. There were three of us staying in the room, but they only provided one towel. We felt uncomfortable sleeping there, and as a result, we didn't sleep well. We ended up checking out at 8 am instead of 11 am because we couldn't bear to stay any longer. The photos of the room did not accurately represent the actual condition of the room; they seemed outdated. We will never return to this place!
