Friendly staff, amazing location, and the hotel was stunning. Loved the pool and being beachfront.
This is a dog friendly hotel, and we love our pets! We do not travel with our pets because they tend to bark when alone. The room next to us had a dog barking non-stop from 4 pm to the past 9 pm.. We did call the front desk and they offered to move us but our youngest child had fallen asleep. I was contacted by the general manager within 24 hours, and he apologized profusely. The hotel did all the could to try and make it right. This is not a fault of the hotel, but pet parents should be more responsible when traveling. I highly commend the response of the hotel as they took our complaint seriously and followed up quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Beachfront. Rooms were good size. Kitchenette was very useful. Could see the ocean from side balcony. Close to boardwalk stores and restaurants.
Negatives:
Thin walls. We could hear our neighbors like they were in our room. Not as clean as expected, ie kitchen dishes had not been cleaned, bathroom had various hair and dust balls. Front desk crew (at various times) not knowledgeable. Our rooms were not ready until almost 6pm. No compensation given other than a drink ticket when I stood there in silence.

We arrived earlier and the gentleman for car tag was very nice , welcome us promptly and said our room is available for check in. I was happy about that we didn’t have to wait few more hours check in. The distance to the beach is good.
