Not the cleanest. A lot of things needed to be repaired, lights, light fixtures everything just looked painted over. Stains on the bed sheets and pillow cases.

I liked the size of the suite very spacious. We were on 4th floor and could see alot of the businesses that were on Rt 13. Liked location, near many food stores and restaurants. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The Continental Breakfast was better than expected.
Negatives:
I felt that the outdoor grounds needed a regular cleaning. There were cigarette butts all over the entrances. A receptacle for such would solve that problem, at all entrances. Also guests left food take out trash in parking lot. The staff should be cleaning up these items on a daily basis.

Arrived at the dover location.building looks Good from outside.signed in went to room 114 entered looked good at that time. Went out returned 12 midnight. We layed down. My husband woke up at 3am called me there were large brown roaches in bed room where TV was crawling. In bathroom roaches were crawling on a dry wash cloth and sink four t o five at least. We put our clothes on packed up and got the he'll out of that place at 3am no sleep. We reported it to the manager on duty. She said it would be addressed on Monday and that she was so sorry. We want our money back and never to stay there again. We have to pursue this matter for our reimbursement. Thank you.
