Hotel was filthy and run down. internet did not work and had to all front desk to reset the tv so it would work. Hotel oerall was dirty. No one was there to supervise breakfast and there was only cheerios. There were 4 chasfing dishes on the table with no food in them.

The only good thing about this location is I woke up in the morning with both of my kidneys.

The first room we were put in didn't have comforters on the beds, there was no TV remote, and the shower curtain was missing. When I went to the front desk to inquire the two people at reception gave each other shocked looks & said that room shouldn't have been rented out & asked if they could move us. So at midnight we packed up our belongings & changed rooms. I'm still wondering what went down in that room. Add to that, from the clientele that was in the hallways it seemed they were hosting a methadone clinic on property. The pool was a pitre dish, and our keys randomly stopped working so when we were trying to get back into the room we had to go back to the front desk to have them reprogrammed.

The place was very run down. It definitely needs to have an overhaul. Didn't feel comfortable sleeping there, but had no choice because all of the other hotels were booked. As we pulled up to the hotel, around it looked very seedy. This hotel was very disappointing because Wyndham has a certain prestige associated with it's name. This hotel did not match up with the standards of the Wyndham brand.

Firstly when I get there I called the front desk for help as I am disabled, a gentleman named Patrick came out immediately to assist me. He was very kind to get me a wheelchair and after checking in, he took me along with my stuff straight to the room. I truly appreciated that moment and felt so comfortable and safe.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The room was indeed beautiful, clean and the location of my room allowed me to park outside of it.
