Negatives: I made the hotel aware by adding a note to our reservation and by calling the receptionist that we would arrive between 2am-3am, when we arrived they told us they were booked, no rooms available for us! The staff didn't care and had a bad attitude, and said "we will try to get you reimbursed" We then had to go look for another hotel in the middle of the night and we have yet to receive reimbursement from the hotel!
