The breakfast was fantastic. Much better than most hotel breakfasts. I had to work during our stay and having the bedroom separate was perfect. My husband was able to sleep while I worked which he can rarely do in a hotel room/suite. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
Negatives:
Some of the guests were a bit messy. This was no reflection on Embassy Suites at all. We found trash that guests had left in common areas and that was unfortunate. But, the staff was quick to clean up anything they came across.

The staff always friendly. We visited here before and they're very attentive to your concerns and needs. Looking forward to future stays.
Negatives:
If I had to say anything negative and it's so minor. They should have the pool open later than 8pm. It should be till 10 or 11. And that they didn't have happy hour on christmas. And the ice machine was out on our floor but it was available on another floor. Otherwise these aren't really negative just adjustments.

Walking into my room, I was greeting my name on the TV.
5pm to 7pm
They served complimentary snacks and drinks, which basically consisted of chips/dips/assorted crackers/pretzels a whole spread of snacks!
Bartender made requested drinks
TGI Fridays was connected to the hotel which was fantastic bc we had a 15% off coupon given by the hotel at check in.
The pool (6am to 10pm) was ok kids enjoyed it...bummer the jacuzzi was broke....nice gym area(24 hrs)

French toast, pancakes, biscuits gravy, sausage, ham, potatoes, eggs

More towels in the bathroom match the number of guests staying versus having to go and ask for them.
And all the bedding for the pull out couch i.e. blankets extra pillows

The location is good. The breakfast, as always, was excellent.
Negatives:
The front desk staff was quite rude. We checked in at 8:30 pm on Tuesday evening, and the woman working at the desk was very rude. We mentioned our surprise that the person in front of us was checking in with a dog. I have substantial dog allergies, and was very disappointed to learn that there are two floors of the hotel that guests can stay with their dogs in (and that we were on one of those floors). The desk clerk clearly didn't care about this, and treated our complaints and concerns as a total inconvenience. I think the hotel should re-think whether this person is the best person to have working at the front desk.
