the place was filthy and we checked out, fifteen minutes after we checked in. We reported the state immediately to Booking and they offered us $25 towards our pre-paid price. the pictures I have show stains on the mattresses, spiders in the bed and the toilet and bathtub were dirty. the lady at the front desk said we had to take our concerns for a refund to Booking. she also told us there was no manager available to speak with. She also said there were people living here for years.

People smoking inside. Gave me a room with already occupied by another person who screamed at me. Could have been very dangerous to give a person a working key to an occupied room. I was scared and left and had to pay extra for a new hotel and new room.

It was dangerous. Another stranger had a key to my room (or double booked so their room) they were threatening and it was scary. Left the hotel and found a new one

Dirty to the point of disgusting. Room filthy upon arrival. I asked to have it taken care of. The attendant at the front desk was not attentive and wasn’t sure it could be taken care of immediately. We then asked for cooking and eating as there was nothing in the room. The attendant seemed to be irritated and couldn’t find most of the items that are supposed to be on hand. I asked to speak to the manager she said there wasn’t one on site. When we sent an email to the hotel to complain I believe she saw it as the rest of our stay while she was working we got a good dose of smears and dirty looks

What you guys presented was not a breakfast and the room was horrible checked in7-21-24 for check out to be 7-24-24 we checked out on te 7-22-24 before check out this place is nasty however the staff was very polite and helpful but I will never ever stay here again

First night found a cockroach and got rid of it. Before checking out, saw another cockroach crawl under the sink in the bathroom. Went to throw trash away in the kitchen and saw some baby cockroaches scatter. Room was halfway cleaned when I arrived. Floors not swept or mopped and prior guests bar of soap still sitting in the soap bay in the shower.
