Negatives: We weren't able to use the pool because the kids from the motel across the parking lot were in the pool, and they left it cloudy, and I didn't want to swim in it. The beds are terrible. New beds are a must. All night, every time you move, you hear and feel springs moving. It sounded and felt like I was sleeping in a cage. I woke up in the middle of the night with pain in my back from the bed. New TVs are needed too, the TV in our room although you could see it, the bottom half of the TV was darker than the top half which was distracting. We were only staying one night, so I didn't make a fuss. Although it was a decent hotel and the staff was awesome, and breakfast was great, the price doesn't match what is being offered. I think that the pricing should be revisited by those in charge.

Negatives: That there isn’t a “quiet time” that is asked to be observed. I cannot believe how many people throughout the night were telling people goodnight and making plans right outside of other patron’s rooms. There should be a policy stated to everyone that they should say their good nights and good bye’s in the lobby and to respect others that are trying to sleep.Also the elevators ‘dings’ are what too loud during the night, could they be toned down during the night?

Negatives: Car with no license plate in the parking lot. Suspicious looking man with black hoodie and backpack walking around in the parking lot. did not feel safe
